We are hiring for BDE and Marketing Executive for the agricultural sector at multiple location.

What we are looking into you:

- We are looking for talented, motivated and hard working people to join our team as we scale our PAN India operations. We have few people in our team but our aim is to grow at least 100 people in every two months across India and Globally. For now we are hiring for business development executives to help in our business to grow in agriculture sector there you should have minimum 2 years of experience into it and your past experience must be from the agriculture industry, we are focused on building a team that cares deeply about the problem facing Indian agriculture and is motivated to work on fixing it.

In fact, there are more than 100 million cultivators in India whom we need to serve and we have an ambitious vision for an open and free online agricultural market in the country and worldwide.

What You'll be doing ( Responsibilities):

- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients across India and globally.

- Identify new business opportunities and partners at PAN India and international level.

- Ready to travel across India and International country.

- Make awareness about Company's services and products, irrigation equipment, agriculture tools machinery etc.

- Provide critical solutions to the clients to boost the growth of the company.

- Able to handle the customer query and providing a suitable solution.

- Cultivating strong relationship with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships and Collating and maintaining client information.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

- Minimum 2 Years of experience in agriculture field.

- Must have experience in Business Development or Marketing and Sales.

- Must have strong Knowledge about Agribusiness and Agriculture.

- Agriculture or Calling Background added more advantage.

- Should possess strong customer acquisition approach.

- Should have a positive attitude towards work.

- Entrepreneurship experience will be an advantage.

- Good Communication skills with interpersonal skills.

- International and Pan India level customer handling experience is must.
