Customer Engagement : Act as a liaison between customers and the company, gathering feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Research : Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Qualifications :
Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel extensively across India, often for extended periods.
Industry Knowledge : Basic understanding of various industries where our equipment is utilized
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in diverse environments and quickly adapt to new situations.
