We are hiring for a company which offers end to end services in international logistics including Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearances and 3PL services.

- The Primary Focus Is To Bring New Business From Channel Partners And Clients Across India And Outside India.

- Define And Develop Lead Generation Strategies. (Freight Forwarding, CHA, Business Networking, Organization, Etc.

- Cold Calling And Market Research To Locate The Potential Channel Partners And Clients.

- Should Provide Timely Feedback To The Management Regarding Performance, Activity Reports, And Any Queries Regarding The Client's Concerns.
 
- Excellent Interpersonal, Rapport-Building, And Communication Skills In English

- Updating Daily Activities & Relevant Details Of Clients In DSR & To The Head Of Department

- Build External (Customer & Channel Partner) & Internal (Department) Relationship.

- Identify Opportunities Where OSVs Solutions Can Add Value And Drive Efficiencies Within Customers Supply Chain Demands.

- Ability To Work Alone While Still Being A Team Player And Quick Learner Of Roles And Responsibilities

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

 - You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
