Executive - Business Development - Loan Business (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Achieve revenue objectives through sale of range of Securities Finance products, as per Customer's requirement.
- Deepen customer relationship through cross sell of products and provide quality service.
- Achieve New Sales Revenue targets, through need based selling
- Acquire new HVS customer relationship and through securities finance products.
- Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling products
Customer Experience :
- Responsive and responsible selling
- Ensure error free customer application & documentation
- Ensure smooth on-boarding of customer and issuance of the product.
- Provide prompt service and endeavour toward nil Customer complaints
- Risk Assurance
- Attend applicable Sales Training & refreshers
- Remain compliant and adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements
- Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently
- Zero tolerance - Fraud, MIS-selling
- Post Graduate with minimum 2 year's relevant working experience / Graduate with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of and experience in securities finance products [Loan Against Shares, Margin Finance, IPO Funding - Capital Markets]
Strong communication, interpersonal skill and drive with ability to influence outcomes
