Executive - Business Development - Loan (1-3 yrs)
Business Development Executive(Secured/Unsecured Loans)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships
- Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing/references
- Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor's, CA, DSA, Connectors and corporate to leverage business.
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
- Ability to drive sales targets of multiple loan products - Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL etc.
- Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
- Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
- Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities

Qualification : Any Graduate / MBA-Finance/Marketing
