Our client is a leading international IT training and certification provider. They have a faculty of certified and experienced trainers that can facilitate customised and flexible training programs for professionals of all levels, that will enable them to secure their technical skills, professional reputation and marketability.

The Job :


You will be responsible for:

- Selling certifications like CISSP, AWS, Microsoft, PMP, ITIL etc

- Achieving monthly sales targets leading to revenue generation.

- Contacting prospective customers by both telephone and email

- Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.

- Making outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales

- Following up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary

- Being well -versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.

- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.

- Achieving the targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment.

- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.

The Profile

- You ideally have experience within an Inside Sales role.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
