- Experience in lead generation in either Domestic or International

- Must be someone who has experience in Cold calling and Email blast with International clients.

- Must have experience in IT Staff Augmentation in either Domestic or International

- Experience in using Zoom.info and CrunchBase software

- Lead Generation through cold calling and email blast.

- Experience in IT staffing preferred.

- Must be good in Client interaction and should have good communication skills.

- Should have an aggressive approach in procuring Clients

- Should be good with "LinkedIn" search, Portal search

- Should have a good background of relationship building & Business development & sales.

- Shall be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing them to develop new business

- Strong in Client interaction.

- Proactively identify the size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the territory by assessing customer requirements, consulting with them on company offerings, and managing their needs and expectations.
