Executive - Business Development - IT Staffing (1-5 yrs)
- Recruiting, interviewing and placing IT professionals on a Contracting and direct hire basis
- Providing the highest quality customer service to clients.
- Providing solution based selling to clients in person and leveraging long term relationships.
- Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local IT community.
- Strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
Qualifications :
-1-5 years of experience working as Recruiter/ BDM.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Mgmt. (Preferred).
- Knowledge of using job boards.
- Good prioritization and time management.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Enthusiasm in meeting targets which are assigned.
