Location : In Office , 132 , Noida

Timings : 12:00 PM- 9:00 PM (12:00 PM- 6:00 PM (Office) Rest Home

Days : Monday to Friday

Experience Required : Proven Cold Calling Lead Gen experience in IT services for minimum 3 years , other calling experience is also preferred.

Job Description :

Position Overview : We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a strong emphasis on cold calling to join our IT services sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, conducting cold calls, and nurturing potential clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation and Cold Calling :

- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our IT services and solutions.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.

Client Engagement :

- Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs, challenges, and objectives.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities by actively following up on inquiries and initial contacts.

- Provide information and answer queries to potential clients to facilitate their decision-making process.

Sales Presentations :

- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our IT services and solutions.

- Tailor sales presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.

Sales Target Achievement :

- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, striving to exceed them through proactive sales efforts.

- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and convert leads into clients.

Client Relationship Management :

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

- Gather client feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.

Sales Reporting :

- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities to the sales manager.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, ideally in the IT services industry.

- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
