Executive - Business Development - IT Service (0-1 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- The candidate should have experience of around 0.6 to 1 year from an IT Services sales background.

- The candidate must possess strong English communication skills for interacting with international clients on a regular basis.

- Excellent expertise is required in generating new leads for SEO, Web, and Mobile apps through social media and other lead-generation platforms.

- The candidate should have a basic understanding of technologies such as Blockchain, Node, React, Angular, PHP, WordPress, Laravel, Magento, Android, iOS, Flutter, Unity, etc.

- Social media friendliness is a must for connecting with new people and initiating conversations, with the ability to convert leads into business with the help of seniors.

- Basic understanding of requirements gathering, meeting scheduling, email drafting, negotiation, etc.,

- Having bidding experience on platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer is an extra advantage.

- The candidate should identify opportunities to generate leads, create a sales strategy, and manage the sales pipeline.

- Consistent contact with upcoming clients, building relationships, understanding client requirements, and responding to client queries on chat and email are crucial aspects.

- Analyzing the market, establishing competitive advantages, and tracking metrics to ensure targets are met is essential.

- The candidate should have the ability to take international client calls over Skype or other available mediums like Google Meet, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.

- Coordination with the designing and development team and other departments to execute projects as per the client's requirements is required.

- The candidate should be capable of conducting market research for new sales opportunities and techniques for future aspects.

- Being able to work both in a team and individually, assuming responsibilities in day-to-day activities is expected to generate leads & follow-up on a regular basis

- Team collaboration is essential to achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Skills Required :

- Basic technical knowledge & presentation skills are highly preferred.

- Excellent business communication skills in both verbal and written.

- Experience in full sales cycle including lead generation and demonstrated sales success

- Preferred qualifications must be required B.tech (CS), MCA, MBA
