Executive - Business Development - IT (4-6 yrs)

The key role of this position is to maintain and grow the business, focus on new business opportunities in assigned region.

- Develop and execute sales plans that supports short and long term goals of the company.

- Lead or pipeline management - Daily, weekly and monthly plan and status updates.

- Meeting prospects and understanding requirements.

- Qualifying prospects

- Demo on our products and solutions to the clients.

- Proposal preparations, Negotiations, closures and payment collections.

- Coordinating with Product Delivery team for software installation/training.

- Support Marketing promotion.

- Customer relationship Management.

Skills Required :

- MBA in Sales and Marketing (preferable) or any degree.

- Candidate with zeal of sales field and 3.6+ Years profound experience in selling and managing in a direct selling environment.

- Should be able to Experience in push industry with demo handling skills(or solution/concept) is most desired.

- Candidates with Strong solutions selling skills or with Software Product/SoftwareSolution/Business Automation Solutions/ Retail Solutions/ POS background are preferred.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.

- Experience in developing sales strategies with good verbal and written communications.

- A well developed sense of the industry and market trends in a given region.

- Local language proficiency( English, Hindi & Telugu) is must and knowing other languages is an added advantage.

- Should have understanding of working on CRM for internal audits and should have the ability to follow internal processes laid by the organisation.
