- MBA in Sales and Marketing (preferable) or any degree.
- Candidate with zeal of sales field and 3.6+ Years profound experience in selling and managing in a direct selling environment.
- Should be able to Experience in push industry with demo handling skills(or solution concept) is most desired.
- Candidates with Strong solutions selling skills or with Software Product/Software Solution/Business Automation Solutions/ Retail Solutions/ POS background are preferred.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Experience in developing sales strategies with good verbal and written communications.
- A well developed sense of the industry and market trends in a given region.
- Local language proficiency( English, Hindi & Telugu) is must and knowing other languages is an added advantage.
- Should have understanding of working on CRM for internal audits and should have the ability to follow internal processes laid by the organization
