Executive - Business Development - IT (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a product demonstration.
- Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal.
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again.
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.
- Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organisation unique.
Responsibilities :
- MBA graduates preferred 2+ years of relevant experience as a business development executive.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy- to understand even for nontechnical people.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience of working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment
- In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred.
