- As a Business Development Executive specializing in IT Services, your role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our organization within the B2B sector.
- You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in IT and software sales, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of our customer base.
Responsibilities :
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research in the IT services sector, analyzing industry trends, identifying potential clients, and assessing competitive landscapes.
- Utilize market insights to develop targeted business development strategies.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads within the IT industry through online research, participation in industry events, and networking.
- Initiate contact with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and present tailored IT solutions.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT services domain, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving technology requirements and provide customized solutions.
4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting the technical capabilities and advantages of our IT services.
- Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts for software sales and IT services.
5. Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships with technology vendors, integrators, and other industry players.

6. Achievement of Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs specific to IT services and software sales.
- Regularly assess and report on sales performance against targets.

8 . Collaboration with Technical Teams:
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to align sales strategies with the capabilities and features of our IT services and software solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT services and software.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
