Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in the UI/UX design space.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.

Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients, attentively listening to their wishes and concerns.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our UI/UX design services and products.

- Create regular reviews and reports, analysing sales and financial data to drive strategic decisions.

Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Lead negotiations and effectively close deals, addressing and resolving client complaints or objections.

- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize collective performance and achieve exceptional results.

- Solicit and gather feedback from customers or prospects, and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Associate Business Developer or in a similar role within the UI/UX design industry.

- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques specific to the UI/UX design field.

- Fast learner with a genuine passion for sales and the design industry.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a keen aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
