Executive - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The key role of this position is to maintain and grow the business & focus on new business opportunities in assigned region.

- Develop and execute sales plans that supports short and long term goals of the company.

- Leads management.

- Daily, weekly and monthly plan and status updates.

- Meeting sales targets and KPIs as defined and agreed with manager.

- Meeting prospects, understanding and analyse requirements.

- Qualifying prospects by gathering information and active participation in Marketing promotion.

- Demonstrating products and solutions to the clients.

- Proposal preparations, negotiations, closures and payment collections.

- Co-ordinating with Product Delivery team for software installation/training.

- Should follow CRM for internal audits and processes laid by the organisation.

- Taking pro-active initiatives, responsibilities and ownership.

Skills required :

- Target oriented and passionate about selling technology and software solutions.

- MBA in Sales and Marketing preferably or any graduate.

- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in selling Software Products/ Software Solutions/ Business Automation Solutions/ Retail Solutions/ POS solutions.

- Experience in developing sales strategies and execution.

- Should have understanding of working on CRM for sales process management.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, team player and ability to work closely with cross functional teams (Marketing / Support / Development), presentation skills & ability to demonstrate solutions to customers.

- Ability to identify customer requirements, analyse and communicate with the delivery team.

- Highly organised and ready to take responsibilities, ownership and ability to work under pressure.

- A winning attitude: quick thinking, the ability to overcome objections, and highly target driven.
