Job Profile:

- We are looking for a Sales Head to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Sales Executives. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

i. Responsible for achieving sales target for self and for the team.

ii. Researching organization and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new lead and potential new market.

iii. Develop and implement market strategy targeting key sector.

iv. Lead generation and meeting creation for the potential business query.

v. Management of team and lead all new business pitches.

vi. Plan, coordinate and supervise the daily activity of the digital marketing Team.

vii. Understanding and communication of the real business of the client and Going beyond the stated issues.

Job Skills and Qualification:

- Should have at least 1-3 years and above experience in Website Development/ Web-site

- Designing /Application Development / SEO/ Digital Agency etc.

- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.

- Proven ability to negotiate.

- Good communication skills.

- Team handling experience.

- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

- Experience working to and exceeding targets.

- Shoud have international IT sales experience
