ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DESIGNATION: Business Development Executive.

LOCATION: New Delhi, Patel Nagar.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.

EXPERIENCE: 6 months - 2 Year

SALARY: 2.5 - 4 LPA

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Any Graduate with Relevant experience is preferred.

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Business Development Executive.

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the IT industry.

- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.

- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and devise strategic plans.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve goals and expand the company's base in the IT industry.

- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation methods. Actively pursue and acquire new clients by pitching the company's services and presenting compelling value propositions.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose appropriate solutions.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth. Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine the sales approach.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with clients' requirements.

- Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
