The Role :
- The objective is to generate business with a multiplier effect and to build a robust-and-consistent region-specific BD team over time.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to meet aggressive business targets consistently.
- Should have our IT enable services/solutions/Concept selling experience.
- Target oriented.
- Preferably domestic product selling/client handling experience.
- Well skilled to empower the sales function by playing a decisive role in positioning-n-selling EDC's state-of-the-art solutions-n-services.
- Best suited for highly professional candidates who have proven experience in hands-on solution consulting.
- Perfect fit for those who want to create direct impact in owning prospect customers and closing mutual win-win deals
- Must self-believe-n-accept ambitious targets to grow revenues exponentially
- We expect you to have great understanding of the creative technology solutions domain - specifically Rich Media and bespoke CMS-powered portal selling experience
- Aggressive networking skills
- Specific skill in creating-n-handling government-n-corporate sectors clients
- Well-equipped to lead the complete sales activities in the designated region and free to travel as required.

Responsibilities :
- Accountable to meet pre-defined Business Plans from the represented geographical region; Starting from creating lead, nurturing the same, closing the lead, delivery on time, payment follow ups and also managing the account fully all the time.
- Excellent conceptual-n-creative selling skills and good anticipation of customer needs by always being on the consultative mode
- Ability to transfer client briefs and requirements into solid brand/ creative/ interactive technology solutions
- Competencies to deliver high quality creative business presentations
- Excellent proposal making, project costing and communication skills
- Ability to understand and sell EDC's Solutions seamlessly
