Our client is a leading HR company in India offering end-to-end Human Resources Management Services. We provide expert solutions on 3rd Payroll Outsourcing, Recruitment, Staffing among various other services.

The Job :

Responsibilities :

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required :

- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Sales Operations / Support or Telesales within IT industry.

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
