Executive - Business Development - IT (1-10 yrs)

Role & responsibilities :

- Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients and industries within the Canada/US region.

- Lead generation through Cold Calling, Email, Live Chats effective use of LinkedIn or different Social media channels.

- Identifying and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and communication.

- Managing and updating customer and prospect databases.

- Analyzing lead generation data and metrics to improve strategies and tactics continually.

- Creating and delivering reports and updates to senior management.

- Staying up-to-date with the latest lead generation trends and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in lead generation, preferably in the IT or Digital Marketing domain.

- Demonstrated success in achieving lead generation targets and driving business growth.

- Having outbound sales experience with international clients, particularly with a North American accent, will be considered a significant advantage.

- Excellent communication , negotiation, and email writing skills.

- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZOHO CRM, and MS Excel.

- Must be willing to work in PST time zone (5PM-2AM IST).

- MBA/PGDM Degree (Sales and Marketing) preferred.
