Executive - Business Development - IT (0-5 yrs)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Requirements : 

- BDM (Business Development Manager -IT Domain ) with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities.

- Must have knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Google sheets/doc, Skype, Zoom, Slack, Google chat, Hangout, Hubspot and Google calendar.

- Experience of working on Upwork, Conversations with clients over calls/chats and fetching the right information before the conversation starts so your pre call research work should be exceptional.

- Good Exposure of converting Web, Mobile, Mern, Mean.

- Candidates must have good communication skills both verbal and written.

- Able to generate business via channels like Upwork, Clutch, Linkedin and Email Marketing.

- You are responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities in the global market.

- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with clients and closure should be your bread and butter.

Responsibilities

- Build relationships with prospective clients

- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

- Manage sales pipeline

- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry

- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

- Strong negotiation skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- CRM experience is preferred
