Job Description : Business Development Executive
- Handling End to End Sales.
- Needs to generate business from offshore clients.
- Generating business through online freelancing portal like odesk, elance etc.
- Setup portfolio on websites and get portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
- Should be comfortable in client interaction.
- Should have prior experience in software or web development company.
- Freshers with good communication skill can apply.
- Comfortable working in UK shift hour. (01:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
- Should be a self and quick learner.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, making proposals in doc and ppt.
- Follow up to potential leads. A go getter.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
Terms of Employment During Training Period :
- The candidates will initially be on Training period, In which they have to achieve the given target.
- Trainig period may extend on the basis of performance.
- During Training period stipend of Rs.10,000/-will be paid.
- Candidates will be given in-depth training on sales process.
- Real time monitoring and continuous feedback will be accumulated, poor performers may be released.
