we are Hiring for Business Development Executive

The mission of the individual will be effort driven measured by going on a minimum of 10-15 calls in a week.

Competencies required (KSAOs) :

Knowledge : Having sound knowledge of their relevant field with good academics which will enable him to learn about our technical details within a short period of time.

Skills : Excellent communication and persuasion skills to close deals. Strong co-ordination skills with the customer and the in-house logistics team for facilitating quality service. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. To have autonomy and co-ordinate efficiently.

Abilities : Be able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and clients. The candidate should be presentable and able to articulate and communicate to ensure target closures. To be a proactive individual to grasp technical knowledge at a fast pace. To hunt new clients and farm existing clients to maintain business with existing customers.

Requirements for the job:

Experience: 0- 3 Years

Educational qualifications: B.E /BSC - IT/ BCA/ B. Tech / MTech. MBA -Sales & Marketing would also be preferable.

Candidates from other industries involved in selling capital goods / solutions and willing to take up IT sales can also apply.
