Job Description:
A Business Development Manager is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business.
- The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job roles and responsibilities:
- The role of a Business Development Manager is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
- He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include:
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company like, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Android, iOS, React-native, Node.js etc.
- Identifying new sales leads from UK, US, Europe Markets and any other international markets.
Skills Required:
- Requirement gathering, analysis, cost estimation, preparing proposal & Closure of Deal.
- Expert at generating leads using various sources - Bidding portals, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Experience in International domain is must.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
