Position: Business Development Executive (Inside & Field sales)

CTC: 1.8 to 2.4 LPA offer based on their exp (CTC is negotiable for IT experienced candidates) plus
travel conveyance for field

Job Description:
- As a Sales Specialist, candidates will be involved in hard core sales of IT Hardware and Software products to the corporates.
- Generate new leads through field visit, networking, cold-calling, referrals, and other means
- Scheduling appointments with prospective clients and meet them to discuss products or services offered by the company
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
- Negotiate pricing and follow up till the sales closure
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets strategies, growth areas, market trends, competitor's prices, and services
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, solutions and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Maintaining the daily and monthly reports of all sales leads and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or quarterly targets.
Required skills :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Better Knowledge of Sales process & Sales Cycle.
- Strong Presentation, Negotiation & Sales closing skills.
- Confident communicator, active listener with problem solving approach.
- Good in Client relationship management.
- Good Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- IT or technical sales experience is an added advantage
