Position: Business Development Executive - BDE (International Sales)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Job Location: Ahmedabad - Work from Office

Salary: Upto 12 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Actively engage in cold-calling to generate leads in the international market.

- Qualify leads at various stages of the cold-calling process.

Customer Nurturing and Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups.

- Coordinate effectively with the Reporting Manager to update on progress and challenges.

Campaign Execution:

- Execute outbound campaigns to promote technology solutions and IT products.

- Refine data for campaign improvement, ensuring high-quality results.

Sales and Opportunity Generation:

- Identify and seize opportunities for new business through strategic analysis.

- Arrange and conduct direct meetings with clients to increase sales.

Data Management:

Work proficiently with spreadsheets and CRM software for efficient data management.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Be flexible in adapting work hours and timings as per the campaign requirements and desired geography.

Communication Skills:

- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to understand and adapt to various accents of clients over the phone.

- Maintain a good command over the English language as the primary means of communication.

Research and Analysis:

- Demonstrate strong research skills to identify potential campaigns and services.

- Conduct strategic analysis to enhance market presence and effectiveness.

Technology Sales:

Sell technology solutions and IT products effectively to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

- Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to lead generation.

- Competency in using Microsoft Office tools.

- Adaptability to changing work hours and timings based on campaign needs.

- High-level organizational and multitasking abilities.
