Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Strategy Development :

- Contribute to the formulation of the business development strategy.

- Identify target markets, segments, and growth areas.

2. Market Research and Opportunity Identification :

- Actively seek out new business opportunities.

- Utilize your existing network of industry contacts to connect with potential clients.

- Keep a close tap on market trends, emerging needs, and client preferences.

3. Competition Entries and Presentations :

- Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to create compelling presentations.

- Engage in competition entries to showcase our capabilities.

4. Client Relationship Building :

- Coordinate meetings with new clients and directors.

- Establish rapport and maintain long-lasting relationships.

- Represent the company professionally at all times.

5. Networking and Industry Events :

- Attend industry networking events.

- Proactively build new business contacts.

- Explore opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.

6. Language Skills :

- Fluent in both English and Hindi.

- Effective communication is essential.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Experience : Minimum 5 years in business development preferably within the architecture or interior design industry.

- Track Record : Proven success in gaining new business across hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.

- Relationship Building : Natural ability to build and nurture professional relationships.

- Self-Motivated : Ambitious, positive, and proactive.

- Passion for Design : Personal interest in architecture and design.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
