Job Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Job Overview :

- We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in sales and account management across various industries. The ideal candidate should have expertise in penetrating new accounts and a demonstrated ability to lead, win, and successfully deliver service engagements.


- Your proficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management, as well as your ability to add value to client conversations across different service lines, will be key to your success in this role. We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas and enhance the value of opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

- Generate new leads, develop new contacts, and identify new revenue opportunities.

- Focus on growing and developing existing clients while generating new business opportunities.

- Managing a set of clients for sales, ensuring their needs are met.

- Collaborate with management on sales goals and support the team with other responsibilities as required.

- Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your clients, ensuring future business and maintaining strong relationship management.

- Identifying and driving white space growth for the region.

- Managing CXO relations with your clients.

- Execute sales and marketing strategies to grow business and maintain updated documentation.

Required Skillset:

- Strong passion for working in collaborative environments with cutting-edge technologies.

- Excellent negotiation skills and a go-getter attitude.

- Ambitious individual who can work independently towards agreed targets/goals and take a creative approach to work.

- Ability to manage change and demonstrate effective time management skills.

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.- Proven ability to work across different service lines and add value to client conversations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to team efforts and accomplish related results.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
