Job Description:

- Maintain good working relationships with customers.

- The ongoing training of your salespeople.

- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.

- Hiring by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.

- Position of Team Leader.

- Inculcate product as well as effective training to the advisors by guiding them to client meetings.

- Tracking sales goals and recording results as necessary.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.

- Proactively pursue new sales and sales opportunities.

Candidate Requirements :

- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing

- CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits

- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll

- Age: 21 to 37 years

- Education: Any Graduation
