Role: Business Development Executive :
- Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors
- Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
- Preparing strategy & achieving targets
- Driving various competitions and club memberships
Candidate profile :
- Having sales and marketing Experience of 2+ years
- Cold calling with a team member
- Give proper Guidance to your team
- Age min.24 to max.28
- Must be Graduate
