Executive - Business Development - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
We Have right opportunity for you to apply, India's most valuable brand is urgently looking for a Team Leader. The role holder will primarily plan and implement the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned sales to deal exclusively with Team.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Responsible for build up your team by using your self-network.
- You have to train and motivate them for sales.
- Joint field work along with Your Team.
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business meetings.
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
- Maintain healthy relationship with customers and distributors.
- Work on opportunity of cross sell and upsell.
- Focused effort to drive renewal premium collection
Selection Criteria:
- Graduation Degree mandatory
- 1 yrs to 3 yrs of experience as Sales & Marketing/BFSI
- Not for part-time
- Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in Company.
- Firm believer of fostering relationship at all levels to achieve business objectives.
