Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Mini. 2 experience required in any sales and marketing
CTC: 1.80 L/A to 2.40 L/A + Incentive
Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
Roles and Duties :
Sales and marketing.
- The candidate has to build his own team of sales agents.
- Train them to motivate them, give an orientation of how to sell the product and how to convince the customers.
- Maintain healthy relationships with managers, clients, and team members.
- Take daily updates from team members regarding sales of the product.
