We are looking for masters of sales for one of our well known client for its building material business.

Position : BDE (Institutional sales/Project Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad/Rajkot/Surat/Madurai/Trichy/Hubli

Salary Level : Will commensurate experience level and education

Experience Required :


Minimum of 3-6 years of sales experience (project or Institutional sales ) preferably in the Building Materials Industry

Required Qualification:


Graduate from a reputed institute, preferably with MBA

Department, Vertical, Sub Vertical : Roofing Business - Fortune Sales

Reports To (Position) : Regional Head - Fortune Sales

Job Summary :

Achieving the annual volume target. New Business Development. Acquiring Accounts / Relationships for Fortune Roofing Business.

Relationships : To meet and generate business through SMEs, State PSUs, PWD, MNC- s, Builders, Contractors, PMC, etc. Meet with the senior management and get Charminar (Fortune) empaneled as the preferred roofing brand, which would also include potential contractors and civil work organizations to promote Roofing Business.

List The Duties And Responsibilities :

1. Identifying the prospects within the assigned territory

2. Candidate will be required to travel for meeting the SMEs, PSUs, Contractors, architects, influencers, etc. for generation of leads / business.

3. Understand customers- needs and Identify ways to optimize current business as well as areas of new business opportunity.

4. Prepare and hold responsibility for Account Development Plan by customer/territory/segment to maximize sales opportunities.

5. Commercial negotiations and closure of deals within timelines and as per company's norms.

6. Effectively identifying & utilization of internal resources needed for smooth completion of orders within time-frame.

7. Receive all customer issues, concerns and problems and deliver a solution in a quick and orderly fashion.

8. Sharing timely & accurate market intelligence with seniors.

9. Timely & accurate reporting of all in-house weekly/monthly reports with seniors.

Experience Required (Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required - scope and duration) :

1. 3 to 6 years of project or Institutional sales work experience, preferably in building materials industry, govt. sector

2. Primary experience in business development, product sales, solutions selling, business development, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales

3. Key Account Management, Relationship Management Skills, Abilities, And Competencies (Required to successfully perform this job) :

- Ability to build and leverage relationships

- Go getter, self-starter and self-motivated individual

- Strong communication and articulation skills

- Innovative mindset

- Strong business and commercial understanding

- Reasonable command over local language

Age : 28 to 35 yrs
