Job Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of inside sales experience in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive outreach and research.
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Present tailored solutions to address client needs and objections.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of successful inside sales experience in the IT sector.
Sales Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of IT products/services effectively.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
