Executive - Business Development/Inside Sales - BFS (0-3 yrs)

- Ambient Global Research is looking for a results oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our consulting team, you will be the part of a high performance team tasked with building sales strategies that attract, nurture and ultimately convert. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid members or customers.

What you will do :

- Core responsibility includes advising or consulting clients on their investments into Equities, Commodities, Crypto, World Indices & Forex market in South East Asia, Middle East Asia & Europe Zone.

- Briefing about the research solutions to prospected clients & continuous follow ups in order to give a strong presentation of company's services & research solutions over the calls.

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & client referrals.

- Listening to customer requirements and thus, presenting appropriately to make a sale

- Generate revenue over telephonic Conversations & convincing.

- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and identify & obtain further sales and business development opportunities.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Manage clients and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth through New businesses, up-sell and Cross-sell, customer retention, and customer acquisition.

What You Should Have :

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (Fresher can also apply with good communication skills)

- Proficiency in English

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- It's 100% an inside sales job, which does not have any fieldwork.
