Executive - Business Development - HRTech (2-4 yrs)
Preferred Functional Knowledge : B2B Sales, SAAS Sales, HRIS or HRMS Sales, ERP Sales, Software Sales, CRM
Key Responsibility :
- Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting using various lead generation methods.
- Coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Research on different tools to increase sales and business opportunities.
- Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Present product/services matching the prospect's needs.
- Responsible for all Sales revenue growth & retention in the assigned territory.
- Be in regular touch with customers to ensure ongoing value delivery from greytHR and seek opportunities to upgrade and upsell.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans
- Work with sales and marketing teams to execute the sales strategies and refine lead generation activities.
- Creating and maintaining a database in the CRM
Qualification and Experience :
- Minimum graduation from a recognized university. MBA preferred.
- Has an excellent understanding of Enterprise as well as SMB software sales cycles.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Software Sales; 4+ years of overall B2B sales experience.
- Ability to demonstrate the solution to the customers.
- Exposure and experience in working with any HCM software provider is a big advantage.
- Experience working with clients in the Middle East & GCC regions is preferred.
- Should have experience working with a Sales Force automation/CRM tool.

- Should be a self-starter, action-oriented & have the ability to work under pressure.
- Multitasking, entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an open and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done;
- Strong English presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques would be a big advantage
- Candidate should be able to do company visits to show product demo and presentaion of the software
