Executive - Business Development - HR Consulting Firm (1-4 yrs)
- Looking for experienced business development executive (Designation- BDE) in PRATYARTH.
Responsibilities :
- Handling day to day business need of incoming requests.
- Business development activity for building new client base and bringing new businesses.
- Clients onboarding and empanelment activity. One to One meeting/Travelling required sometime.
- Drafting proposals and documentation; preparing presentation and connecting with corporate business partners
- Team Lead/Management responsibility for day to day task handing, follow up and monitoring of Team.
- Screening, Shortlisting ad Recruitment Activity.
Qualifications :
- Any graduation but preferred MBA - HR & Finance
- Excellent speaking and presentation skill
- Must have experience in BD for HR consulting firm (2 to 5 years)
