Executive - Business Development - Home Interior Products (1-2 yrs)

- We are looking for a driven and passionate sales lead to join our team and be an integral part of the sales function at our company. You will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals and your contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our sales channels. You'll be making a significant impact on how our brand is perceived and help create new sales leads as well.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for generating new leads and managing key sales for Karnataka

- Handling and maintaining relationships with Key existing clients.

- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote all products which includes but is not limited to windows, doors, etc.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships with Key clients

- Reach out and manage customer leads through cold calling, telecalling sales & social media marketing.

- Visit new and existing client locations and foster relationships for sales of the products

- Expansion for new cities (Will be the key person in training new resources)

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- Commitment to excellent customer service

- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or any Engineering degree or a MBA.

Salary : 30,000 - 60,000 per month

Schedule : Morning shift

Experience :

Total work : 2 years (Preferred)
