The Sales & Outreach Specialist is a key role within MyCliniCare's business. This role is responsible for developing new business and increasing share of market position in a specified territory. This will be done using existing relationships, and aggressively prospecting new opportunities while educating & training our consumers as well as the stakeholders, on our service and benefits.

Our core service offering is Breast Cancer Pre- screening. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in India and in urban areas, 1 in 20 women develops breast cancer during her lifetime. And sadly, for every 2 women newly diagnosed with breast cancer, one woman dies of it. Our preventative healthcare saves lives - a 5- min scan, with instant results and no radiation and no pain!

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify, visit, present, convert and sell Scanning Service Program to various target customers. Sample target customers are: Corporate Campuses, Apartment Complexes and Residential Associations

- Organizations like schools, colleges, etc.

- Companies like banks, etc. Government entities

- Any other institution where a Scanning Service program is relevant

- Plan monthly sales target, and develop and implement a weekly plan and update report, to regularly meet with new/existing customers, and achieve targets agreed with MyCliniCare management

- Use business and information technology tools to efficiently manage sales activities

- Cultivate business relationships with decision makers, insurance companies, healthcare consolidators, etc.

- Constantly upgrade knowledge and skillset to stay current in this women's healthcare space

- Help establish sales, marketing & pricing policy, structure and operations such as market and competitor research, strategy, etc.

- Other relevant commercial activities (sales, marketing, etc.) that may be required for effective sales

- From time to time you will be required to carry out tasks by Management which are not listed in the responsibilities outlined above and it is expected that such tasks will be carried out in an efficient and timely manner.

Job Qualifications:

- This position requires strong self- management skills along with a high degree of passion, energy, initiative and integrity as you are expected to be a customer advocate and represent MyCliniCare to our customers

- College degree required

- 1- 5 years- experience in sales required

- Experience in healthcare/pharmacy preferred

- Strong communication and negotiations skills

- Regular travel within territory is required to visit customers

- Strong computer skills (Power point, Excel, Word)

- Sales Associate will need to get trained on MyCliniCare's solutions and service offerings, and constantly keep themselves updated

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1- 5 Years

Annual CTC: CTC: Upto 6

Location(s) of Job: Bangalore

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation; MBA

Work Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
