Executive - Business Development - Healthcare (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The BD executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching and meeting new customers for adoption of HealthMinds data services.
- The BD executive will also responsible for onboarding clinical partners such as hospitals,clinics, diagnostic centre, etc to the HealthMinds data platform
- Find and develop prospects by networking, referrals, cold calling, direct selling.
- Employ consultative selling and establish a trusted advisor relationship in order to determine the prospect's needs, create engagement, alignment, desire, and acceptance
- Build strong business & partnership pipeline
- Work with technical team and write strong proposals
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in health or life sciences or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years prior industry related business development experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Should be able to achieve given targets
- Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Should be comfortable with travelling
