We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Associate for a Casino.

Business Development Executive

Designation - Business Development Associate / Executive

Experience - 2 years minimum

Qualification - Graduate preferred

Working- Monday to Saturday

Salary- Depending on the experience. Plus incentives

Our client is the only listed company engaged in the casino (live, electronic and online) gaming industry in India. Incorporated in 1990 as a textiles and real estate consultancy company and has evolved into a diversified segments like Casino gaming, Online gaming, Hospitality and Real estate.

Job Description:

Position Summary:

- The Business Development Executive must be an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp our company's vision, understand gaming, develop specific tactical plans and begin implementation upon appropriate approvals.


- The candidate must be resourceful and able to develop a well-defined time management process in order to progress the vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify potential customers and enroll them as Club Deltin members

- Maintain fruitful and cordial relationships with existing customers

- Networking, identifying, and qualifying new customers based on the company's business model and guidelines.

- Obtain contact information of potential customers through existing customers, referrals, contacts, etc.

- Maintain a database of potential customer's contact numbers and emails.

- Work closely with gaming & loyalty teams to deliver business services

- Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.

- Attending training, conferences, meetings and business-related events

Requirements:

- Min 1 year of relevant exp. in Sales

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write persuasively and clearly.

- Must be able to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

- Must be able to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

- Must be able to identify opportunities for growth and take action to pursue them.

Must be comfortable using technology and software to gather and analyse data, create presentations and proposals, and communication.
