JOB DESCRIPTION :
Scope of Work:
Core :
- Generation of demand and achieving sales targets of the allotted TTYs for Wall and Wood Finish (WWF) business.
- Build relationship on behalf of company with channel partners to generate sales & seed new products.
- To connect with large/ competition/ exclusive contractors and ensuring their FCC involvement
- Establishing new products in the market by training contractors at sites/ meets by means of trials
Execution of the following :
- One to one dealer visits to push WWF sales, upgrade to better products & seed new products.
- SGA Meets: Educate contractors and painters through minimum 2 such meets at monthly level
- In shop meets: Educate shop-specific contractor & painter set using minimum 3 such meets in a month
- Site visits : meet minimum 15 new users per month at the site & convert to WWF products
- Reports/ MIS :
- Daily updation of site visits
- Bucket report on 1st, 11th and 21st of month
- Monthly reports - Daily work summary, DRCP, users met, work plan etc to be shared.
- Quarter reports - Activity Plan
