Gourmet Popcornica which was formed with the intent to bring in the best popcorn from Nebraska USA. The Management Team at Gourmet Popcornica has vast F&B Experience for over 20 years, they have also been instrumental in bringing in Popcorn from Preferred over the last few years into India. Recently a joint venture with Preferred Popcorn has been entered into, Preferred Popcorn was established in 1997 by Norman Krug - Founder & Chairman and is today one of the largest Popcorn cooperatives in the world.

Preferred popcorn represents farmers striving to accomplish one Goal: - To provide premium popcorn to popcorn-lovers globally. All the corn is naturally produced, without any tillage. Which means reduced erosion, less carbon release, and natural use of old plants as much - leaving the environment a healthy place.

Our Business Development Executives will provide the necessary support to the company's growth with management & sales Superior of team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company's Business. Proven experience in Business Development;

1. Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.

2. Good computer skills (MS Office)

3. Proficiency in English.

4. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. A team player with high level of dedication.

7. MBA/BBA/BSc/B.com or in relevant field of certifications in sales or marketing will be an asset.

Roles and Responsibility:

1. A good command of account profiling and a proven ability to navigate to key contacts towards business.

2. You will be able to articulating customer propositions in terms of the advantages a prospect will gain and linking these as benefits to expressed business challenges daily.

3. You will be able to structure your working month to enable you to hit a set of agreed targets and to maintain your input activity (call volumes) to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) towards company growth.

4. Based on your customer proposition you will be able to select and prioritize a group of target accounts into an active pool. Your selection will be made on sound business logic which is aligned to your customer's objectives

5. You will demonstrate an current interest in the business and technology which you are able to

demonstrate in your interactions with prospects and your ability to highlight relevant business and market intelligence to your internal managers

6. Based on good proposition the clients numbers will be enlarging for good revenue for good growing

7. Ability to cope with conflicting demands and pressures without losing the existing clients

8. You will be expected to complete the internal development programme through the thought process of superior's sales & development plan.
