We are looking for those candidate who can give their best skills to the company and maintain stability in organization over the years . Candidate have to develop new sales pitch that can attract new clients.Candidate have to build hid own team and train them as sales/marketing . New sales strategies that can cope up with new market trends .

Key responsibilities :

1. Hire members and create own Group of sales/marketing agent .

2. Maintain healthy relationship with team members and as well as other managers

3. Develop new strategies that can boost the sales revenue in he organization .

4. Create new sales pitch that can attract new potential customers .

5. Set monthly target to achieve long term goal and take daily update from team to know the status of sales .

2. Great leadership qualities that can leads the team in good way .

3. Team handling skills can improve the errors in field .

4. Work in under pressure it will improve abilities of employee.

- Experience : Mini. 2 experience required in any sales and marketing

- CTC : 1.80 L/A to 2.40 L/A + Incentive

- Qualification : Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
