We are looking for candidates who can give their best in the performance in the organization and develop new sales strategies and sustain good relationships with clients and managers and give sales pitches that can boost the sales revenue in the organization .

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Build his own team and train them as sales/marketing agents.

2. Develop new sales strategies that can help to increase the sales revenue in the organzition

3. Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and other managers and maintain the policy of existing clients.

4. Give sales presentation to the manager and his own team

5. Set monthly targets snd to take daily updates from the team about sales and product.

6. Give innovative strategies that can improve the performance of other employees in the organization.

Key skills :

1. Good communication skills for handling team and other new clients

2. Strong leadership to lead the team so the team can complete the daily task and achieve the target.

3. Critical thinking for handling if any problem occurs on the field.

4. Problem-solving skills if someone your team made has made mistake you can solve the problem

5. Team handling skills are the most important candidates have to lead the team on target every month.

6.Pay Roll: On Roll

7.Experience: Mini. 2 experience required in any sales and marketing

8.CTC: 1.80 L/A to 2.40 L/A + Incentive

9.Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
