Summary:

We are looking for those candidate who can build his/her own team that can boost the sales performance in market that can help the organization and employers. Those candidate who can maintain peaceful relationship with managers and clients . Foremost important to develop new sales strategies and daily checking records and maintain a realistic target every month.

Roles and Duties :

1 .Hire and train his own team for effective sales/ marketing policy .

2. Build a prospective and healthy relationship.

3. Develop new strategies for sales marketing .

4. Daily follow-up of clients and sales.

5. Set monthly target to achieve organization goals.

6. Develop methods to achieve in currents market trends .

Skills Required :

1. Communication skills is foremost important and most necessary to build healthy relation with clients, manager, and costumers.

2. Negotiation skills are also required to perform and explain sales pitch to new clients and team members.

3. Leadership skills that can improve team handling and build effective team that can improve sales/marketing .

4. Sales pitch that can attract costumers they can feel positive about product .

5. Pressure handling at that time if any problem occurs in costumers policy .

Locality:4 year local CTC: Up to 4 LPA + commission + other benefits

Education : Graduations

Exp.: 2 years in sales/marketing
