The Job :
- In this role you will be conducting research on target clients and following up on leads to identify opportunities for new business development. You will be required to display a go-getter attitude and proactively generate new business by meeting potential clients, understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
Your day-to-day activities include :
- Generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Building a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and identifying the correct decision makers that will help shorten sales cycles.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Maintaining close relationship with existing portfolio of clients.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Always targeting towards exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
The Profile :
- You have at least 2 years experience ideally in B2B sales or account management or Inside Sales role, preferably within IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding your targets would be highly advantageous.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Going forward, you can mentor and coach teams to deliver quality results within given time span.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You can manage multiple stakeholders.
- A go-getter and relentless attitude will help you succeed in this role.
