Key responsibilities :

1. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business

2. Understand client's needs and tailor products to meet client requirements

3. Work on sales strategy development and implementation to achieve growth and achieve the periodic sales target

4. Perform upselling and cross-selling of products to clients

5. Build rapport with the client and create a potential pipeline for referral leads

6. Meet periodic targets for sales via referral leads

7. Conduct effective sales presentations for potential customers

8. Maintain SLA protocols in day-to-day functioning

9. Work on the acquisition of new business and retention of existing business

10. Keep a tab on new products and services in the market

11. Prepare and present periodic sales reports

Skills & Requirements :

1. Postgraduate/bachelor's degree (marketing/digital marketing)

2. Proficiency in English

3. Proficient in MS Office

4. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

7. Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work, while effectively managing changing priorities
