Executive - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (2-4 yrs)

For Inside Sales : He /She (Female Preferred ) - will generate Leads, initiate Calls, fix meetings with Founders, CXO, Stakeholders, decision makers Connect to prospects through various channels including calls, LinkedIn and through Emails etc
- Will pass the lead to BD team and follow up with Client till the closure .
For BD :
- He/She Will be responsible for End to End sales process/Prospecting to closure - means Lead generation till on boarding of clients.
- Lead generation, meeting, demo (online or face 2 face)
- Handling objection, proposal, commercial - Negotiation, on boarding to company (agreements) and then Servicing.
Qualification - Graduate Or MBA (From regular College)
- Job Location - Gurgaon Sector -65 OR, Delhi- Rajendra place, Ghaziabad - Vaishali
- Experience - Minimum 1 year in BD Or Inside sale
- Salary - 4 lacKs PA
